NHS Procurement Graduate Training Scheme 

Covid-19: We are pleased to report that Covid-19 did not affect the Graduate Scheme and advertising and recruitment continued as planned. The programme will again re-commence with another new cohort starting autumn 2024.

The interview processes will take place online with online interviews and online or face-to-face assessment centres.

The Graduate Scheme offers a pathway into procurement and the NHS, providing an opportunity to develop a career in a fast paced and diverse field, whilst also having the opportunity to undertake a Level 4 Commercial Procurement and Supply Apprenticeship, resulting in a level 4 CIPS qualification. • Band 4 salary
• A minimum of 2 Rotations
• Level 4 Commercial Procurement and Supply Apprenticeship, resulting in a level 4 CIPS qualification

How to apply

Candidate applications will be reviewed and individuals will be informed, at each stage, if they have been successful or not.

Stage 1.

Complete the online application form with the following:

• Basic details
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Monitoring & Safeguarding
• Complete reasoning tests
• Complete application questions
• Upload CV & Degree certificate or proof of predicted grade
• Upload Math and English GCSE certificates

Applications will be reviewed and candidates will be informed as to whether they have been successful or not. Successful candidates will proceed to stage 2.

Stage 2.

Invited to and attend online

• Microsoft Teams Interview

Candidates will be reviewed and informed if they have been successful or not. Successful candidates will proceed to stage 3.

Stage 3.

Invited to and attend online/Face to Face

• Assessment Centre

Successful candidates will be offered a role on the Procurement Graduate Training Scheme.

Stage 4.

• Details of successful candidate are passed onto NHS Organisation’s HR department for on boarding
